can i improve SMS sending rate without apply long codes and sender ID

Currently, the account can send SMS to Philippine users, and the sender of the SMS is displayed as notice (we did not apply for long code and sender ID). Now only 20 messages can be sent per second, when the TPS is increased, the frequency of sending service prompts is too high. Can i increase the request rate for this service without us currently applying for long codes and sender IDs?

If not, what needs to be done?
