I have a **CodePipeline CloudFormation Stack Set** stage that sets "*Max concurrent percentage*" to *100*. However, when it executes, it creates a CloudFormation Stack Set with option "*Maximum concurrent accounts*" set to (Number) 1, whereas I was expecting it to be set to (Percentage) 100. Is that a bug with the service or I'm doing something wrong?

Max concurrent percentage=100 does not translate to Maximum concurrent accounts=100
