Is it possible to tag ENI created by Load Balancer?

I've 2 public load balancers and each of them is connected to 2 availability zones so in total I've 4 ENI created automatically. Is there a way to tag those ENI automatically with Env, Role, and State tags each time that ENI is re-created?

Hello.

When an ALB ENI is created, an event called "CreateNetworkInterface" is recorded in CloudTrail.  
I think it is possible to set tags on the created ENI by starting Lambda from EventBridge using this event.
