Accessing AWS ENRON dataset

I am trying to access and use this enron dataset for academic research: https://aws.amazon.com/datasets/enron-email-data/. I tried to create an EBS volume and connect it with the dataset using the snap id listed on the page. However, I am not able to find this snap id when I try to create the EBS volume. I am not sure whether I am doing it the right way or whether there are other ways to access the dataset. Please guide me.
