Private registry toggle with Secrets ARN field not visible in container definition section of AWS ECS

Two weeks ago I started using AWS ECS. I remember clearly that I was able to toggle a "Private Registry" section on the container definition block when creating my task definition as shown below:

I cannot seem to access this as of late in the console. I can however add this to the task-definition.json file without issues.

Any ideas how to see this again? It is kind of driving me crazy as to why it dissappeared.

I have full admin access rights + fullecs access + fullsecretsmanager

It is displayed in my environment.
Confirmed in Tokyo region.

Does it appear when creating a new task definition?
Also, could you please share the screen that is not currently displayed?
It's also possible that you're looking at the wrong place.

    I have confirmed that it is not possible to change from the UI in the Cape Town Region in my environment. a
    Feedback on the UI can be given from "Feedback" at the bottom left of the screen. a

Thank you so much for answering. This is not available in the Cape Town region -> Cape Town

I can however see it in any Asia-Pacific region -> Singapore

This is awfully strange as the Cape Town region allows me to access this via JSON.
