To update your payment method in AWS after changing your account address to Jamaica:

Log in to the AWS Management Console using your root account credentials (or an IAM user with appropriate billing permissions).

Navigate to the AWS Billing and Cost Management console.

In the navigation pane, select "Payment preferences."

Your current payment methods will be displayed in the "Payment method" section.
If you're not seeing Jamaica bank options or want to set up wire transfer:

AWS automatically charges your default payment method at the beginning of each month.

If you need to use a different payment method or set up wire transfer, you may need to contact AWS Support directly for assistance with country-specific payment options.

To contact AWS Support:
- Sign in to the AWS Support Center
- Create a case
- Select "Account and billing support"
- Provide details about your situation regarding Jamaica banking options
- Choose either web (email) or phone support
Note that you must be logged in as the root user of the AWS account or have the necessary IAM permissions to make changes to payment methods. If you're using an IAM user, ensure you have been granted access to billing information by the account administrator.
