Name correction in AWS Training and certification account: Need urgent help

I have scheduled an exam for 21.06.2023 16:45 CEST

I have already raised the Customer Support request to update my name but I have not received any response yet. Is there any method to get it resolved urgently? I have less than 24h left from the examination time. Please let me know if my request will be resolved by then? My candidate ID is <removed candidate ID afterwards>

  • Hi Leo, did they eventually help you? I am in the same situation but I cancelled my exam as I could not risk losing my money due to no response?
