While setting up DocumentDB with a bastion server, I successfully connected using MongoDB Compass. However, there seems to be a connection issue when attempting to connect programmatically in the code

Question

**This is my python program "from pymongo import MongoClient**

I was using that but I was getting a timeout error like "An error occurred: No servers found yet, Timeout: 5.0s, Topology Description" However in the MongoDB compass I could easily connect the database and I also created some tables.

**NOTE**: In the security group I was given all traffic access like 0.0.0.0 but still I'm getting the same error. Please anyone resolve this issue

Is TLS enabled or disabled on your cluster? Also which version of pymongo are you using? This link may help but I would try and follow the 2 guides I'll link below:
