What certifications should i achieve to showcase my skills on amazon contact center

Hello, I've seen aws articles on certifications. I know that cloud practitioner is fundamental cert. But i couldn't get a conclusion on certification path regarding amazon contact center. what all are certifications i need to achieve for this?

Is cloud practitioner cert. enough to showcase my skills on amazon contact center?

Hi,

It is essential to understand the AWS ecosystem & concepts with which Amazon Connect typically integrates, hence I suggest the below.

For an Architect role, I would recommend Cloud practitioner -> SA Associate -> SA Pro For a DevOps role, I would recommend Cloud practitioner -> Developer Associate -> SysOps Associate --> DevOps Pro

Always refer to the individual AWS certification guidelines here to check the recommended experience etc.
