Monitron Gateway Connection Issue

I am trying to connect the gateway to my project using the Amazon monitron mobile app. After setting the gateway into commissioning mode, the app locates the gateway and attempts to connect via Bluetooth. It fails at this stage of the registration each time. Any ideas?

Have you checked the troubleshooting page for the Gateway documentation - it might have hints that allow you to identify the problem. If the issue still persists, I recommend resetting the gateway to factory settings and trying again.
