NICE DCV Web client - cannot unlock screen

Question

We set up a NICE DCV server with external authentication.  When connecting via the web client on my mac everything looks good until the screen is locked.  I cannot unlock the screen.  The "send ctrl-alt-del" doesn't do anything.  Tried with chrome and firefow.  Any help would be appreciated.

Turns out to be simple.  Press esc or swipe up.  This is a feature of the Gnome lock screen.  Sorry for the dumb question.

Now I have a new issue.  To unlock the screen the user needs a password.  We're trying to avoid giving passwords; we use external authentication so users log in via our login system.  Any workarounds?  I'll post this as a new issue.
