AWS IVS Broadcast (Web) on IOS microphone is not working after starting broadcast a few minutes (< 5 minutes)

AWS IVS Broadcast SDK (Web) version 1.3.1, IOS >= 16.4

We tried to start the broadcast on Android and PC but this issue did not happen! We release when the issue occurs in the player (both AWS IVS Player SDK and player in AWS IVS console) will be stuck for a moment and then back to normal (the video is okay but without any sound).

Please help me if you have any solution or suggestion.
