Does endpoint communicate between two vpc's

Hello, I have two vpc's which are connected with each by transit gateway, i am not sure does my 1st vpc will able to communicate with my endpoint which is in 2nd vpc?

If it is VPC Interface endpoint you can connect to it via TGW.

Gateway endpoints are only available from within the VPC. Gateway endpoints do not allow access from on-premises networks, from peered VPCs in other AWS Regions, or through a transit gateway.
