Can the Panorama device recover automatically if the power of the structure is turned off for a while?

I observed the following situation: the power disappeared for a few minutes/hours, but panorama applications weren't restored when it came back. So I was needed to redeploy the application manually to get it to work. We are running app on Panorama Dev Kit

When the device restarts, applications that were previously running on AWS Panorama will be automatically restarted. Can you open a ticket with AWS Support and provide more details on the applications ?
