DCV Microphone Privacy not showing up in Windows Privacy settings

Has anyone had an issue where DCV privacy settings are not showing up in windows privacy settings and therefore not allowing Premiere audio playback functionality? Any workarounds? I tried forcing allow all microphones in GPM but that didn't seem to do anything...

Actually this works.... changes take 10-15min to propagate.
