Hi,

It could have been some transient issue or perhaps the server had just been created and you tried RDP soon after?

If you are still facing issues, please provide some more details of any error you see. Also let us know, if you are using your own RDP client or Lightsail's browser-based RDP client, and could you try using the other if one of these is throwing the error.
