custom time for inventory configuration schedule

Is there any way to set the custom time for inventory configuration in S3? I configured schedule with daily parameter. But not sure when it will run(whether it will run at the same time everyday or it will run anytime in 24hrs)?

Though it's not documented, when I have set these up in the past, I observed these generally started on or near 00:00 GMT time and finished sometime after, depending on bucket size. It does not appear that you can manually configure the start time for these inventory configuration jobs.
