Unable to connect to Ubuntu after reboot

Question

Dear All,

I restarted the Ubuntu machine. I use Elastic IP to access the machine.

The machine reboots well - however I am unable to access via ssh like I used to before.

one of the checks is failing - 
System status checks
 System reachability check passed
Instance status checks
 Initializing

Any advise what may have gone wrong post Ubuntu restart?

Could you please tell me what you were doing before rebooting?

You can check the system logs as described in the documentation below.  
Please check the system log to see if there are any logs that can help identify the cause.
