aws patch manager error

when I scan my ec2 machine using aws patch manager, I am getting this error

Please make sure that only one patch task is active on the instance at a time.
This type of error generally occurs when multiple patch tasks are active on an instance.

Verify the Amazon SSM Agent version:

```

if both does not work for you

please check the agent logs /var/log/amazon/ssm on your instance
