Earlier Yesterday, I was in the middle of taking Online Exam the AWS Certified Developer Associate exam with Pearson VUE when it was unexpectedly terminated by the proctor, and I received no apparent explanation for this action. I had successfully completed all the exam questions and was engaged in the process of reviewing my work when the exam was abruptly canceled.
I reached out to customer support, and they informed me that the exam was revoked due to the suspicion that I had taken pictures of the exam content. I want to clarify that I did not use my phone during the test; my entire focus was on reviewing the questions, and I had my attention solely on the keyboard.
I am seeking a resolution for this situation and would like to know when AWS plans to address this issue. The exam I was taking was the DVA-C02: AWS Certified Developer - Associate, and the exam date was November 1, 2023, at 6:15 AM.
