Amazon Connect - Contact search Issue

Question

Hi Team, we are working on **Amazon Connect** for Contact flow development. Till two weeks before we can able to view the **Contact search** report for our dialed calls. But without any change, reports are not showing for our dialed calls and also for past records too. We need a way forward steps how to resolve this issue to view the **Contact search** report.

We need to know whether we have missed any basic steps to view the **Contact search** report. If there is any kindly share us the proper structure to resolve this issue.

Sometimes the **Restrict contact access** option can cause this type of problems, you can try tu turn it off. Check the section **Overlapping security profiles** in the guide for more details.
