Data retrieval upon reactivation

Hello,

I had a problem with the payment procedure which eventually suspended the service by delivering me this message: DKIM signing DISABLED . I have now paid all the balance due but I do not think that the data is retrieved to my app because I am not able to sign in on any of the accounts registered in it. Does that mean that the data is deleted? Is there a way to retrieve them?
