Hello, is the DataSync agent currently still in an offline state or was this an intermittent issue? The local console verification is a good start and if those are successful ensure there are no network scanners that are potentially disabling communicating outbound from the agent.
If the agent remains offline, a support ticket would allow us to determine the underlying issue.
