SageMaker Ground Truth Labeling Job not visible in available tasks of internal tagging team

After setting up a ground truth tagging job using a labeling manifest for input data and an internal team, the job is not showing up in the taggers' available tasks. When going to the job Labeling Jobs page, it now shows as completed with errors, with all of the images marked as error. However, since the job never showed up on any of the worker's available tasks, no one did any tagging. How can I see what was wrong with the job and set up a correct one?
