Amazon Workspace slow performance

The Amazon workspace getting slow on a LAN connection and at the same time its working fine on a WiFi connection. What is the issue? Connection Health Check in that region was ACCEPTABLE 160ms.

I have checked the same thing from different locations and from different networks but the issue was the same. I have changed the client version from 64 bits to 32 bits and now it's working fine. It's a bit strange but it's working.
