Where to find development stage editor in API Gateway ?

As per show in image I am finding development stage editor in API Gateway >> In Stage but not get any option in Stage . check out this screenshot below :

You can't modify the API itself in the stage. You need to go to Resources, make the change, and deploy to a stack.
The idea is to make a change, deploy to a dev, test and then deploy the same changes to prod. If you need different implementations in different stages, you probably need to create different APIs.
