Use Assigned Group name as attribute for Application?

Looking to see if there is an attribute that can pass the Group name that a user is in from the Assigned page?

Example, I have multiple groups provided access to an application, I would like one of the attributes to send the Group name to the application so that the user will be assigned to the appropriate group within the application.

Iss this possible?
