Payment verification during account creation not successful

I was creating my AWS profile and I encountered a page asking for debit/credit card details and keeping Rs 2 for verification purposes. The amount got deducted from my bank and the next day I got an email saying my payment verification failed. What to do now.Enter image description here

You have these options:

  1. Contact Your Bank: It's advisable to reach out to your bank to inquire why they rejected the fee transaction. You can request them to allow the transaction.

  2. Contact AWS Support: Once you've confirmed with your bank that they will allow the transaction, consider getting in touch with AWS Support. They can assist you with account and billing-related inquiries.

An additional option is to use an alternative credit card from a bank that permits such transactions.

Since the amount was deducted from your bank, you should open a billing support case with AWS. You can create a free support case for accounts and billing.

If you aren't able to access the support console in your account because the verification is blocking it, you can open a case using this link which doesn't require signing into the console
