I want to know how to cancel my product subscriptions or auto-renewals in AWS Marketplace.
Resolution
Use the AWS Marketplace console to cancel your product subscription or auto-renewal. To view the products that you're subscribed to, see How do I view my software subscriptions on the AWS Marketplace?
To cancel your subscriptions, follow the instructions for your subscription type:
- Cancel your SaaS subscription
- Cancel your machine learning subscription
- Cancel your Amazon Machine Image (AMI) subscription
- Cancel auto-renewal for your SaaS contract subscription
Note: To cancel a private offer, contact the software seller.
