Expired instance and payment pending

Hi, I just bought a reserved instance, and even added the payment details. The state of the reserved instance is still "payment pending". Could anyone help me to deal with that?

My account number is 026380656921 and Reserved Instance ID: d2699204-cffb-43c2-8a1b-fb750ab8f85fI

I suggest to open a support case from your account (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/awssupport/latest/user/case-management.html) with billing category, provide information about your RI, in which region you purchased it, and the support team should be able to advise.
