daily files from WPEngine not uploading to AWS S3 bucket ... anyone else?

This started last week or so. The (automatic) daily log file upload from WPEngine to AWS S3 stopped being "daily."

I went to WPEngine support and they opened a ticket. A bunch of logs came in to S3 a couple of days later and I figured WPEngine solved the problem.

Now it happening again and I again Chatted with WPEngine - again. I found out from them that they actually hadn't done anything to cause the upload to start working again. So now I'm looking at AWS as the place the intermittent upload is occurring.

I'm on the "Basic" AWS setup - so can't get 1-to-1 support.

Anybody seeing this delay in receiving uploads?
