Is there any Minimum ECPU charges for each request to Elasticache Serverless?

documentation mentions that if 3.2 KB is transferred as part of a GET request then 3.2 ECPUs are charged. I wanted to get clarification on whether there is a minimum charge for each request. for example what if a single GET request only transfers 0.1KB, would I be charged 1ECPU or 0.1ECPU?
