Aign a non AWS PCA CA Certificate with a AWS PCA Root CA

Am I able to sign a CA certificate from outside AWS PCA using an AWS PCA Root CA? For example, signing an onprem Microsoft CA certificate using the AWS PCA Root CA. I cannot find documentation showing how.
