AWS Training and Certification using same email but create new profile

Question

Issue on AWS Training and Certification account, the builder id cannot link to my previous account. I tired to open a support ticket ,but get no reponse. How many time does it take for AWS to take a look at support ticket in AWS Training and Certification?

Please submit a ticket to the [AWS Training & Certification customer support team](https://aws.amazon.com/contact-us/aws-training/), and they will provide assistance. If you already submitted a case, please allow at least 48 hrs to get a response.

Usually AWS responds within 12 hours.
Try to contact your Account Manager or to upgrade to a higher support plan temporarily if needed. Plans with live agent access may help troubleshoot issues faster.
