Unable to install UIPath community edition on Workspaces Windows 10

I logged into the Workspace through an user and installed Google Chrome, it did successfully . Then i downloaded the community version of UIPath and installed the same. Its is failing with error description **"installation failed with error 1625 - . Contact System Admin". **

I checked the Directory in workspaces setting , and it shows "Local Administrator Enabled". Is there any other setting or feature that i am missing. Wondering , since i am able to download and install chrome setup file , it should not be an administrative rights issue !
