How to remove member accounts from Organizations?

I have few member accounts in my organizations which I want to remove. I have completed steps like payment details and other stuffs to make it act like a standalone account but still I am unable to remove this account from Organizations. It throws me error like this "admin (#138550646085): ConstraintViolationException This operation requires a wait period. Try again later." Please note that this account is not delegated administrator account.
