Hi Didier, that is how to use Credits, not credit notes which are different. There is very little to no information on AWS about credit notes and how they used. There is also no information that seems to be easily available on how to utilise them.

As we're unable to discuss account-specific information on this platform, we suggest reaching out to our Account & Billing team via our Support Center for any billing questions you may have. They have the necessary tools to review your recent invoices and verify if the credit note was applied successfully.

Unapplied funds will not be applied or used automatically. They cannot also be refunded. Instead, you can reachout to AWS Accounts Receivables team or AWS Support requesting them to apply the Unapplied funds to any due invoices on the account.

To use unapplied funds, please reach out to your contact with our AWS Accounts Receivable team via email or by opening a Billing support case, here: https://a.co/38G2xPb.
In your request, you'll want to provide:
