Certificate Request is Timing Out

Question

I requested certificates to be used for my domain which I got through Route 53, but the request keeps timing out, any idea what could be causing this? In the request I see requested owners like this - 4cdfc30d-cddd-405b-ba14-32ff6a535343@identity-protect.org, admin@, administrator@, hostmaster@, postmaster@, webmaster@
Where did all these come from please?

Hi there!

Your environment is using [email validation](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/acm/latest/userguide/email-validation.html), which explains the request timeouts. Inside this documentation you will find the requests for the email addresses you mentioned.
