Full amazon server shut down\freeze

Question

We run back-end server on java spring boot - it works with database and return data for front-end. Our AWS amazon server freezes completely from time to time. We have to reboot the instance to relaunch server. We have made a screenshot when the error occurred -attached. See below.

What we can do ? How we can fix it. Please help.

We use free AWS account with 1Gb ram.

Hello.

Looking at the log, an out of memory error has occurred, so it may be caused by insufficient memory.  
How about increasing the specs of the instance type or creating a swap space?
