aws:marketplace:isv not in list of AWS generated cost allocation tags

I am trying to turn on vendor metered tags, but when I navigate to the cost allocation tags page in Billing, it does not appear in the list for AWS Generated Cost Allocation Tags. How do I get it to appear in list so I can activate it? Thanks,

I would like to inform you that when it comes to the AWS generated cost allocation tags for Marketplace, the Marketplace resource would need to be active in order to see the cost allocation tag available in the billing console.

Please check if the resource is in active state or not, In case, resource is active but you are still not able to see tags then I would like to request you please reachout to support team, they would be able help in detail.
