Hello! Your WorkSpaces Administrator can login to your WorkSpace using RDP with a user that has administrator permissions as stated in our documentation [1]. They should be able to uninstall WorkDocs Drive, reboot the WorkSpace then attempt to install it again. Please reach out to your Administrator to help you solve this issue.
