Unwanted bills on My Account

These two services causing me unwanted bill allthroug i have no active service running. and i am not able to delete them also (/media/postImages/original/IMjJAG-p9xR1SPMdGoyWVDEg)

Thanks for sharing the images!
I have checked the contents and I see that you are charging for ElastiCache.
The cluster must be deleted.
Please follow the steps below to delete the cluster.
There is no charge for parameter groups.

    If there is no cluster already, there is no fee. The rates listed there only reflect what you have used this month. If you check tomorrow morning, for example, and the rates in the image have not changed, you will know that resources are not being used.
