Quicksight disable allow inviting new users by email using cmd/sdk

Hello! Is there anyway to disable the `allow inviting new users by email` via command line/SDK? A customer wants to make sure that any user  on their account using QuickSight won't be able to invite new users by email.

If customer already has the account up and running with this option enabled, they can create a support case to have the option disabled from back end.
