Bug in RDS UI: Maintenance Apply date isn't shown immediately after setting it

A full page refresh is indeed necessary every time. Would've been nice to see the apply date refreshed on its own, even if after a few seconds.

The apply date under maintenance is not showing immediately there is a delay that is caused by internal API that will actually perform the operation that you have just select and this process takes a few seconds. The page should update in a few seconds, if not, a page refresh may be necessary. To confirm RDS instance pending maintenance, you can also check with CLI 'describe-pending-maintenance-actions' or API 'DescribePendingMaintenanceActions'.
