Are support tickets typically unassigned after 11 days>

I created a support ticket 11 days ago and it is still unassigned. While it was not something critical, I would still expect some sort of response by day 11 since we are paying for developer support. Has anyone else experienced this and is there anything else I can do to get a response?

This sounds like it may have experienced an internal routing failure or was assigned to someone that went on vacation unexpectedly. Are you able to open another support case?
