• 750 hours per month of db.t2.micro database usage (applicable database engines)
• 20 GB of general purpose (SSD) database storage
• 20 GB of storage for database backups and database snapshots

Thank you for the answers and I certainly cannot match the requirements for RDS free tier as I cannot use db.t2.micro (no such type in the mentioned region -> eu-north-1). The real question is whether I can use any other type of db EC2 instance to achieve it. It doesn't seem to work with db.t3.micro.
