Deploy newer version of Hugo / change env variables

Question

Hi. I need to deploy a newer version of Hugo than what gets included (Hugo Static Site Generator v0.51 linux/amd64 BuildDate: 2018-11-07T10:10:13Z) during the Provision stage.  
  
Is it possible to change / overwrite ENV VERSION_HUGO=0.51 set in the Provision stage?

I figured out how to do this. I changed the build settings to:

```
        - wget https://github.com/gohugoio/hugo/releases/download/v0.55.3/hugo_0.55.3_Linux-64bit.tar.gz 
        - tar -xf hugo_0.55.3_Linux-64bit.tar.gz
        - mv hugo /usr/bin/hugo 
        - rm -rf hugo_0.55.3_Linux-64bit.tar.gz
        - hugo version
        - hugo
```
