Custum attribute option to user groups and pools

Hello,

As I understand from the documentation then custom user attributes can be given just for users. Foe now, there is no such option to give user attribute to user group or user pool.

Do you plan to add option to give custum attribute to user group or user pool? As for now - then all user attributes should be managed at user level and there is no options to managed it on groop or pool level.

Hi,

You're right, currently all attributes are held at a user level.  You can use the [admin-update-user-attributes](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cli/latest/reference/cognito-idp/admin-update-user-attributes.html) in a script in order to automate bulk changes to these attributes.  This script could also be used with [AdminGetUser](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cognito-user-identity-pools/latest/APIReference/API_AdminGetUser.html) to check group memberships in the script logic.
