Request for SES production access getting denied twice

First time denied because of not having a verified email. After verifying our email we requested to get out of the sandbox but got rejected. Their answer: "We reviewed your request and determined that your use of Amazon SES could have a negative impact on our service. We are denying this request to prevent other Amazon SES customers from experiencing interruptions in service. For security purposes, we are unable to provide specific details." Any suggestions on how we can follow up? What additional info to add etc?
