Hi,
CopyImage is the recommended API to use for copying AMIs within an AWS partition. However, CopyImage can’t copy an AMI to another partition.
You can use the AMI Store Restore feature to copy an AMI from one AWS partition to another. For example, you can copy an AMI from the main commercial partition where Seoul is located to the China partition where Beijing is located.

Note AWS China is a separate cloud from AWS Global, i.e. they are two separate clouds. You can copy from AWS Korea to AWS Singapore or US, as they are under the same cloud. However you can't copy them directly to AWS China. You may need download it manually to some place from AWS global and upload to AWS China.

The process for copying an S3 object across partitions is outside the scope of this documentation.Where is this documentation? How to Download the object from the source bucket to an intermediate host such as an EC2 instance? My account of main commercial partition in Seoul don't have the China partition where Beijing is located, and My account of main commercial partition in Beijing don't have the Seoul partition.How to do? Please help me to send me all the application. Thank you very much.
We do not provide specific applications for copying the S3 object between the partitions, since there might be specific requirements for different companies to follow when copying data between partitions. However, for a once off copy it could be as simple as logging into your Seoul account on the AWS Console and downloading the object from S3 to your PC and the logging into you Beijing account and the uploading the object into an S3 bucket using the S3 page for the AWS Console in Beijing.
